The Challenge

A direct communication strategy was established with the people in the city of Monterrey, Nuevo León, on the CFE tender won by IBERDROLA to build an energy generating plant. In the process, the construction of the conductive lines was rejected by the people, creating a situation of conflict with the Spanish company and an information crisis.

The Result

The strategy included working with the media, nature leaders, public officials and federal authorities, managing to harmonize the requests of the population with the technical aspects of the project.
-Hired as a representative of Spanish companies in Mexico.
-This work was considered as a successful experience. The plant is currently operating at full capacity.
